I grew up in Xi'an, China. Xi;an,called Chang'an in ancient times, is one of the most famous historical cities in China. It is also one of the oldest cities in the world with a vivid and rich history and culture. Over 2000 years, Xi'an was the capital for thirteen dynasties including the famous Western Zhou, Qin, Han, and Tang dynasties.
I received my Master's degree in CS from Xi’an JiaoTong University (西安交通大学). I was an IT engineer and then a university teacher and taught Computer science related subjects for sophomore and senior students. I came to Albuquerque in 2019. I have been working at Albuquerque Public Schools as a substitute teacher since the beginning of 2024. Being part of the kids' learning journey is very exciting for me. It’s my great pleasure to teach the kids Chinese language and Chinese culture. I feel honored to work with The New Mexico Chinese School of Arts and Language for Chinese education.
